TIMELINE
1) After purchasing please send me a high quality photo of your pet (currently cats & dogs only)
2) I will get a proof over to you within 5 days (120 hours) not including bank holidays or Sundays
3) If you have any revisions please send these over to me within 24 hours (you can have up to 3 revisions but hopefully you wont need them!)
4) One you are happy with the image I will get it embroidered onto your T shirt and sent within 4 businesses days (72 hours) not including bank holidays or Sundays
5) Enjoy your beautiful new T shirt showing your pet .. Id LOVE to see selfies…. send me your pictures via etsy mail, email or instagram.
If you are not happy with the final image after revisions are made at step 3 you can cancel your order for a 75% refund (the 25% covers my time with the drawing up until this point … I hope you Understand!)
Free 2nd class royal mail delivery is included with the price, you can upgrade to 1st class, tracked 24 or tracked 48 at checkout. ORDERS WITH UPGRADED SHIPPING APPLIED WILL HAVE PRIORITISED DISPATCH
