As all of my items are handmade to order I like to keep the risk of refunds as low as possible so I will put all the care and attention into making your items perfect.
Please know that the highest level of love and care goes into sourcing our materials and printing the designs, so we are confident that your product will reach you in great condition.
If however you do need to return, please email [email protected] and you will be given details on how to start a return. Items must reach us in the same condition they were sent in and must be unworn.
Items that have been personalised unfortunately cannot be returned so please ensure you double check your personalisation requests before submitting them.
You will also be provided with a care guide giving you tips and advice on how to prolong the life of your items so you can enjoy them for as long as possible.
